Charge d'affaires Moon met with the IFRC Head of Delegation for Afghanistan, Mr. Necephor Mghendi on December 10, 2024. They discussed the IFRC contribution in strengthening primary health care services in remote, hard to access and underserved communities across Afghanistan and future corporations in Afghanistan.
